Job Details Salary: $120,000 - $135,000 per year. Responding to and objecting to discovery. Taking and defending depositions. Conducting legal research. Arguing motions in court. Leading case strategy and investigations. Collaborating across dockets. Participating in trials. Managing settlement disbursements. Qualifications J.D. and active Texas bar license (do not apply if not licensed in Texas). 1–3 years of litigation experience. Personal injury background required.
