Location: Hybrid opportunity based in the Salt Lake City, Utah area, Austin, Texas area, or Reno, Nevada area, offering flexibility while maintaining strong client relationships and in‑person collaboration when needed. Note: Candidates must have an active bar license in the state where they will practice and possess at least 3+ years of trust and estate experience with substantial probate experience. Job Description Advise individuals and families on estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters. Draft wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives, and related documents. Handle probate matters from opening through final distribution. Guide trustees, personal representatives, and beneficiaries through trust and estate administration. Conduct legal research and provide practical recommendations regarding estate, probate, and fiduciary issues. Communicate with clients and families with empathy and professionalism. Coordinate with courts, financial institutions, and third parties to efficiently advance matters. Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure an exceptional client experience. Manage multiple matters while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Participate in networking and business development activities with firm support to grow your practice. Qualifications Juris Doctor degree from an ABA‑accredited law school. Active bar license in Utah, Texas, or Nevada, depending on office location. 3+ years of trust and estate experience with significant probate experience required. Strong drafting skills for estate planning and probate documents. Excellent communication and client counseling skills. Strong organizational and case management abilities. Ability to independently manage files and deadlines. Collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional client service. Business development mindset preferred.
