Your Mission

Operate a range of equipment and deliver work that meets exacting specifications, while keeping people and equipment safe.

How You’ll Contribute

• Operate: Skillfully run excavators, bulldozers, backhoes, and more to complete excavation and construction tasks.
• Prepare: Perform pre-operational checks to ensure machines are safe and functional before each shift.
• Execute: Read and interpret blueprints and technical documents to complete tasks accurately and on schedule.
• Coordinate: Communicate with supervisors and teammates to sequence work efficiently.
• Maintain: Conduct routine inspections and minor repairs to keep equipment in peak condition.
• Protect: Follow company policies and safety regulations to promote a zero-incident environment.
• Document: Record daily activities and escalate issues to management without delay.

What It Takes

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications welcomed.
• Experience operating heavy equipment in construction or industrial environments.
• Deep understanding of safety protocols for heavy machinery.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
• Team-oriented communicator with strong work ethic.
• Physical stamina and strength for manual labor when needed.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.
