Team-oriented with a focus on collaboration. Effective problem-solving capabilities and ability to work independently. Bar admission in good standing in the jurisdiction of practice. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction. Skills Experience with investment management and sub-advisory agreements. Proficiency in preparing private placement memoranda and related documents. Ability to develop creative solutions to meet client needs.
