Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Owner to support the delivery of strategic business and technology capabilities.
This role is ideal for an individual with experience in wholesale banking, commercial banking, institutional banking, lending technology, CRM platforms, or enterprise technology products who enjoys working closely with software engineering teams to turn business needs into executable requirements.
The Product Owner will partner with Product Managers, business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to define solutions, manage the backlog, create ready-to-build requirements, support Agile ceremonies, and ensure successful execution of roadmap objectives.
This is a hands-on delivery role focused on translating business outcomes into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria while helping teams deliver high-quality solutions in a complex enterprise environment.
As a Product Owner (L1), you will:

• Own and maintain the team backlog, translating features, epics, and business requirements into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
• Gather, document, and refine business requirements; analyze current-state and future-state processes and create process flows, use cases, and functional requirements.
• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, demonstrations, retrospectives, and other Agile delivery activities in partnership with Scrum Masters and Engineering Leads.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day product contact for development teams, clarifying requirements, business rules, priorities, and implementation questions.
• Partner with Product Managers, business stakeholders, architects, engineers, QA, UX, risk, compliance, and operations teams to resolve dependencies, risks, defects, and cross-team impacts.
• Ensure solutions consider regulatory, compliance, audit, data quality, data lineage, access controls, auditability, operational resiliency, exception handling, and system dependencies.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Agile delivery experience, with experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing Agile backlogs.
• Experience working directly with software engineering teams within large enterprise technology organizations.
• Experience in Commercial Banking, Treasury Management, Capital Markets, Lending, CRM, or related financial services platforms.
• Familiarity with wholesale or institutional banking processes, including lending lifecycle, deal management, credit workflows, relationship management, or operational workflows.
• Exposure to platforms such as Microsoft Power Apps, Salesforce / nCino, Microsoft Dynamics 365, LoanIQ, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Planner, and workflow/integration platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with an understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows, enterprise architecture, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $53 hr - $58hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
