Were looking for an Inventory Accounting Specialist to join a team in Doral on a temporary assignment with an immediate start. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with numbers, investigating discrepancies, and making sure inventory records tie out accurately. What youll be doing: Review, validate, and post inventory adjustment transactions Analyze and reconcile inventory and cycle count results Research inventory variances and discrepancies Perform inventory and vendor reconciliations Work closely with the Inventory Supervisor to resolve discrepancies Process and analyze a high volume of numerical data What were looking for: Inventory accounting or reconciliation experience Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent attention to detail Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance OR 2+ years of equivalent experience Benefits: Weekly Pay After 30 days: Health, Dental, Vision, GAP, Short Term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness and Life Insurance. Holiday Pay: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Milestone Bonus of 40 hours for every 2000 hours.
