Step into a rewarding role supporting K-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a vibrant school setting. This full-time, contract opportunity begins ASAP and extends through the end of the school year, providing the chance to make a lasting difference for children as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Your expertise will help students develop communication skills that are critical to their academic and social success. You’ll work with a diverse caseload ranging from kindergarten through twelfth grade, allowing you to utilize and expand your skills in pediatrics and school-based speech therapy. Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to craft individualized plans that foster each child’s growth.

Preferred experience and credentials:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible for Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates eager to learn and contribute
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to design and implement effective treatment plans for a varied student population

Role responsibilities include:

• Assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
• Developing and executing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Delivering both group and one-on-one therapy sessions
• Collaborating with teachers, families, and staff for holistic student support
• Tracking progress and maintaining documentation in compliance with school guidelines
• Engaging in professional development and team meetings as required
