This opportunity is perfect for a Speech-Language Pathologist passionate about making a positive impact in education. You’ll engage directly with a diverse and manageable caseload, offering dedicated services to approximately 40 students through the end of February. With onsite-only responsibilities, you become an essential part of the multidisciplinary team, helping teachers and staff enhance student learning experiences.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Washington State SLP licensure (or willingness to obtain).
• ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certificate or ability to secure one.
• Up-to-date fingerprint clearance through OSPI (or ready to complete this requirement).
• CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) strongly preferred.
• Experience in school-based SLP settings and a passion for supporting elementary-aged students.
• Commitment to onsite-only service delivery.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 40 students, ensuring all services align with IEP goals and district guidelines.
• Work on a school site that also houses the behavior program, collaborating closely with specialists to address a wide range of needs.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation for student progress and compliance.
• Participate in IEP meetings and help shape communication supports within the school community.
• Foster positive, productive relationships with staff, students, and families.
