In this role, you’ll use your technical expertise, troubleshooting skills, and customer-focused mindset to keep our properties operating at their best.This is more than a maintenance job — it’s an opportunity to be a trusted problem solver, valued team member, and key contributor to the resident experience.Predictable schedule — primarily Monday–Friday, 8–5 with an on-call schedule (not constant nights/weekends)30 days off in your first year — real time to rechargeCompetitive pay starting at $22 per hour + overtime + bonus potentialBenefits that start within 30 days — no long wait periods.
