Candidate Attraction In-Market SupportThe Candidate Attraction In-Market Support is a seasonal, field-based role responsible for executing boots-on-the-ground candidate attraction activities at an assigned market on a weekly basis. This role operates under the direct guidance of the Market Response Specialist (MRS), following an MRS-provided playbook to carry out localized outreach tasks. The MRS owns strategy, direction, and accountability for results. This role owns execution.Responsibilities:Execute weekly in-market activities as outlined in the provided playbook, including collateral placement and material refreshesConduct regular visits to community partner locations to maintain and replenish hiring materials (flyers, posters, QR codes)Distribute referral program materials on-site and engage associates as directed by the MRSAttend and support local hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach activities as scheduledPerform grassroots canvassing including door-to-door business outreach and posting in high-traffic community locationsCollect and report local market intelligence observations (competitor signage, community feedback, transportation barriers) to the MRSMaintain accurate tracking logs of all activities completed (locations visited, materials placed, interactions conducted)Provide weekly activity reports to the MRS documenting execution status and field observationsAct as Referral Ambassador for assigned site, engaging associates about referrals during breaks and standupsCoordinate with community partners for material drop-offs and relationship maintenance touchpoints as directedBasic Qualifications:High school or equivalent diplomaMust live in or within commutable distance of assigned market locationReliable personal transportation for travel within the local market areaAbility to work independently in the field following documented processes and a defined playbook with support from MRSStrong organizational skills with attention to detail for tracking and reporting activitiesComfortable engaging with community members, local businesses, and associate populationsAvailability to work a flexible 32-hour weekly schedule, which may include some weekend, early morning or evening hours based on market needPreferred Qualifications:Prior experience in field-based outreach, canvassing, community engagement, or grassroots marketingFamiliarity with the local community, businesses, and organizations in the assigned marketExperience with event support or coordinationPrevious experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce development environmentsPay Transparency:The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $20.00 - $22.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
