Thomas Rd., Scottsdale, AZ 85251## Responsibilities* Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guests* Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles* Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections* Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively* Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization* Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate concerns* Work together with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results## Qualifications**Qualifications:*** 3-5+ years of experience accurately diagnosing and repairing a wide range of domestic and foreign makes and models.* Strong technician expertise across major vehicle systems, including engine performance, transmissions, ABS/Braking, and advanced HVAC systems* ASE Certifications (or Master Technician status preferred), or a demonstrated track record and plan to achieve* Meet or exceed 40-50 flag hours per week* Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes* Professional appearance and strong communication* A desire for long-term career development* Valid drivers license with a clean driving record, and the ability to operate manual transmission vehicles.## Physical Requirements* Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds* Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head* Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair* Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools* Walk/stand for the majority of their workday* Drive manual transmissions vehicles* Efficiently navigate a computer## Additional InformationChristian Brothers Automotive (CBA) began in 1982 with the simple premise of providing precision auto repair with transparency, integrity and a philosophy of people first.
