Maintenance Operations Coordinator

A local business membership organization in Kitty Hawk is seeking a full-time position to coordinate activities of Maintenance Technicians and Housekeeping Staff. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage work flow and communicate effectively with owners and guests regarding maintenance issues. Responsibilities include utilizing technology systems to manage tasks and investigating compensation requests.
