This role is pivotal in managing small group accounts, ranging from 30-50 lives, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling renewals, endorsements, open enrollments, and the day-to-day servicing needs of commercial employee benefits accounts. Compensation Package Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually Equipment: All necessary equipment will be provided Benefits Package: Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities Manage the initial onboarding process for small group accounts. Oversee the annual renewal workflow and ensure timely completion. Handle day-to-day servicing needs, including endorsements and open enrollments. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Utilize software tools such as Employee Navigator and Agency Block to manage accounts efficiently. Travel as needed for open enrollment activities. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Designations: Life & Health (L&H) license required. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in employee benefits account management preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Employee Navigator and Agency Block software. Soft Skills: Bilingual capabilities are highly desirable. Competitive sports background is a plus. Excellent communication skills are essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
