About the Role:

Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with Wingstop or a similar quick-service restaurant brand.
• Certification in food safety management (e.g., ServSafe).
• Experience with inventory management and cost control.
• Basic knowledge of scheduling software and point-of-sale systems.
• Leadership training or coursework related to hospitality or restaurant management.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
• Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure compliance with Wingstop’s quality and safety standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and waste control to optimize cost management and reduce losses.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
• Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing labor costs effectively.
