This position is an hourly pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and strong work ethic. 

Job Details: 

• Hourly rate: $37.50-$39.50 per hour
• Overtime rate: $56.25-$59.25 per hour
• Outsource work: $300-$400 per day
• New hire training daily pay: $20 per hour
• Safety training pay: $20 per hour  
• Holiday pay: 8 hours paid at current hourly rate
• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $78,000
• Daily home time 
• Onsite management 
• Paid online orientation
