Location: 165 Somerset Street, New Brunswick, NJ 08901 Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Bone Marrow Transplant Unit (BMTU) Facility: RWJ New Brunswick – Morris Cancer Center Schedule: Night Shift, 36 hours per week (7:00 p – 7:30 a) with Monday–Friday rotations, some weekend and holiday rotation. Part‑time. Pay Range: $47.85 – $71.72 per hour (New Jersey) Job Overview RWJBarnabas Health seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide nursing care in the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit (BMTU) at the New Brunswick campus. Responsibilities Provide patient‑centered nursing care in accordance with the scope of practice, Nurse Practice Act, and regulatory standards. Assure patient safety, evidence‑based practice, and ethical standards. Identify and report safety issues (e.g., hazardous environments, medical errors). Maintain knowledge of the BMTU patient population and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members. Supervise and delegate tasks to team members, evaluate priorities, and achieve measurable outcomes. Utilize the nursing process and individualize plans of care to address specific patient needs. Qualifications Required: BSN; 0–6 months registered nurse experience. Preferred: 1–3 years BMTU or oncology RN experience; oncology or BMTU certification.
