Assist clients with policy changes, claims reporting, payments, certificates of insurance, and other day‑to‑day insurance needs. Support agency producers by preparing applications, gathering information, and helping move business through the sales process. Process endorsements, renewals, new business submissions, and policy updates accurately and efficiently. Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions within the agency management system. Communicate with insurance carriers to obtain information, process requests, and assist with policy servicing. Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and improve client retention. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. Collaborate with team members across multiple office locations to ensure exceptional client service. Continuously develop insurance knowledge and stay current on industry changes. Take ownership of client needs and see tasks through to completion.
