Forklift OperatorOur client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the logistics department supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong physical stamina, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.Location: Houston, TXPay Range: $19Shift: 1st shift - 5 am to 3:30 pm; 2nd shift - 3:15 pm to 1:45 amWhat's the Job?Load and unload trucks efficiently and safelyMove unpalletized materials within the warehouseManage inventory and ensure accurate stock locationsOperate and care for forklifts following safety protocolsAssist with shipping and receiving processes, including scanning and documentationWhat's Needed?High school diploma or GEDAbility to read, speak, write, and comprehend basic EnglishPrior experience operating a forklift in a shipping environmentPhysical ability to lift 25-50 pounds regularlyAbility to work overtime as neededWhat's in it for me?Opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environmentPotential for long-term employmentGain valuable experience in warehouse operationsSupportive team environmentOn-site training and development opportunitiesUpon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:Medical and Prescription Drug PlansDental PlanSupplemental Life InsuranceShort Term Disability Insurance401(k)If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
