Shifts Available for Caregivers / Care Partners - No Certification Needed

We have both full-time and part-time positions available at one of Salt Lake City's finest and most respected Senior Living Communities!

If you aren't certified - that's not a problem. We'll train you! The Ridge Cottonwood will also pay for your CNA Class and Certification, if you are interested.

We also provide other opportunities for you to quickly self-promote up our Career Ladder at your own pace earning pay increases along the way!

Responsibilities of a Caregiver / Care Partner:

Provide resident centered personal care including bathroom assistance, washing, dressing/undressing, obtaining vital signs, and social supportAssist residents in transferring, repositioning and walking using correct transfer techniques and equipmentDeliver a positive dining experience and assist residents with meals, snacks and supplementsDocument resident care and behaviorQualifications of a Caregiver / Care Partner:

You are not required to be a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) - we will train the right candidatesDedication to and passion to serve seniors with excellent customer service skillsPositive attitude, the flexibility to perform various duties in service to the residents and the ability to work in a team environment are keys to successPrevious experience working with seniors preferredAbility to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident’s best interestPossess written and verbal skills for effective communication and a level of understandingCompetent in organizational and time management skillsDemonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skillsHigh school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred but not required.Minimum age of 16. Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.About The Ridge Senior Living
