About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Consumer Support Services industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your main objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's reputation for excellent customer service.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in telephone customer service and problem resolution
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Consumer Support Services industry
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong computer skills (proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel)

Responsibilities:

• Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Interacting with field service technicians, installers, superintendents regarding warranty issues.
• Resolving customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency
• Processing customer orders and managing customer accounts
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will utilize your exceptional verbal and written communication skills to provide outstanding customer service. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction. You will use your problem resolution skills to address customer inquiries and complaints, and your organizational and multitasking skills to process orders and manage customer accounts.
