Located in Marana, Arizona and Seeking skilled Aircraft Technicians to support heavy maintenance, repair, modification, and inspection activities on commercial aircraft in a large MRO environment. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of narrow-body and wide-body aircraft while performing maintenance in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer specifications, and company procedures.
Commercial aircraft experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with military aviation or other fixed-wing maintenance backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance, inspections, repairs, and modifications.
• Remove, install, troubleshoot, and repair aircraft systems and components.
• Conduct structural repairs on fuselage, wings, flight controls, and related assemblies.
• Inspect, repair, and replace hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Read and interpret maintenance manuals, engineering drawings, and technical data.
• Complete maintenance documentation accurately and in compliance with FAA requirements.
• Support heavy maintenance and overhaul projects on commercial aircraft.
• Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
Required

• FAA Airframe and/ or Powerplant (A&P) License
• Must be able to work onsite in MARANA, AZ
• 3+ years of aircraft maintenance experience
• Ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and technical documentation
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced maintenance environment

Preferred (Not Required)

• Commercial aircraft maintenance experience
• Heavy maintenance or MRO experience
• Experience working on Boeing or Airbus aircraft
• Wide-body aircraft maintenance experience

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Marana, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $39.12 - $45.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
