The ideal candidate will manage daily operations and staff of this 358 unit property, serve both Market and Elderly/Disabled residents, and ensure adherence to housing regulations. Key responsibilities include supervising maintenance and office teams, managing budget and receivables, and maintaining tenant relations. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in property management is required.
