Director of Marketing Analytics

Our client a leading and growing Fintech company based in Miami is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing Analytics to lead its marketing analytics and data science initiatives.

This is a highly visible leadership opportunity working closely with the CEO and executive team. The ideal candidate will use data technology and advanced analytics to improve marketing performance maximize advertising ROI and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the companys marketing analytics strategy and oversee a team of analysts and data scientists.
  • Analyze digital advertising performance across Google Meta and other marketing channels to maximize return on investment.
  • Develop advanced analytical and predictive models to improve marketing spending lead quality and customer acquisition.
  • Evaluate the entire customer journey from initial advertising through financing approval and funding
  • Identify opportunities to improve lead conversion rates customer acquisition costs and overall profitability.
  • Oversee marketing data tracking reporting and measurement systems.
  • Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to provide data-driven recommendations on marketing strategies and budgets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in a quantitative or analytical field.
  • 8 years of marketing analytics or data science experience including 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in the fintech lending insurance or financial services sectors.
  • Strong experience with digital marketing analytics particularly Google Ads and Meta.
  • Knowledge of marketing attribution Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and predictive analytics.
  • Strong technical skills in SQL and Python.
  • Experience with incrementality testing customer lifetime value modeling and advanced marketing analytics.
  • Familiarity with GA4 AWS dbt and customer data platforms.
  • Knowledge of AI applications in marketing analytics.
  • Experience building marketing measurement and reporting systems.
