Sr Marketing Associate, Toy Marketing

Job Description The Opportunity: Support the toy portfolio management assisting on strategy and product development pipeline, with an emphasis on toy product marketing support for Little People. What Your Impact Will Be: Collaborate with the Manager to support development and maintenance of key product line tools and documents. Contribute to business strategies, objectives, and insights; assist in P&L management. Support toy business performance (POS performance and SKU metrics: revenue, margin, productivity). Work closely with cross-functional partners (Product Design, Packaging, Development, etc.) to support delivery of innovative and compelling toys to market on time and on budget, informed by consumer insights. Provide input on packaging, messaging, and feature storytelling. Support the development of toy strategy by segment. Support the toy pricing architecture and competitive positioning. Qualifications: Qualifications What We’re Looking For: Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience. Project management skills: potential to manage complex product development timelines. Strong quantitative/Analytical/financial skills (forecasting, pricing, SKU productivity and competitive analysis). Financial acumen: Experience with P&L management. Experience partnering with cross functional teams (ie design and manufacturing). Communication skills: Excellent at storytelling, presentations, and influencing team. Strong PowerPoint creation and presentation skills, proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel Roles in category management, product marketing, or product development. Background in CPG or toy companies, ideally with exposure to retail buyer dynamics. Retail/channel knowledge: Ability to leverage insights to build mass, specialty, and e-commerce distribution strategies. Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves. *The pay range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base pay will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
