GTM Operations Manager

San Francisco Bay Area · Global Offices or Remote Available What we're looking for As GTM Operations at Wordbricks, you will own the systems and processes behind our go-to-market motion. You'll make sure the team runs on clean data, sharp reporting, and tooling that removes friction instead of adding it. Responsibilities Build and maintain our GTM systems and workflows, from CRM hygiene to lead routing and reporting Own pipeline data quality and the reporting that leadership and the team rely on Partner with sales, marketing, and product on launches, campaigns, and experiments Find bottlenecks across the funnel and fix them with better process or automation Qualifications 3+ years of experience in GTM, revenue, or sales operations (or a similar role) Strong grasp of CRM and modern GTM tooling Analytical mindset: you turn messy data into reporting people actually use A systems thinker who automates repetitive work instead of doing it twice Preferred Qualifications Experience as an early operations hire at a startup Familiarity with AI products or developer tools Working SQL or light scripting skills About Wordbricks At Wordbricks, we believe AI shouldn't be locked away for tech experts—it should be for anyone who's ever sighed at cluttered files, copy-pasted the same thing 47 times, or spent hours wrangling messy data.
