Dialysis Registered Nurse

BJC HealthCare seeks a Dialysis RN to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to acute and chronic dialysis patients within our mission-driven, patient-focused system. In this role, you will assess and monitor patients, initiate and manage hemodialysis treatments, manage vascular access, administer medications, and respond to changes in condition using evidence-based protocols. You will educate patients and families, collaborate closely with nephrologists and the interdisciplinary team, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
