You will:Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process—Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and EvaluationCollaborate closely with patients, families, and our interdisciplinary care team to create personalized care plansMonitor and communicate changes in patient conditions to physicians, supervisors, and colleaguesPlay a key role in the discharge planning process to support safe, successful transitionsYour skills, compassion, and critical thinking will help patients achieve greater independence, strength, and quality of life.What we offer:Fundamental to providing great care is supporting and rewarding our team. ACLS preferred.CRRN PreferredMinimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital is located on North Outer Forty Road in Chesterfield, in western St. Louis County, near Mercy Hospital St. Louis.
