Front Desk Associate

Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Associate to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring efficient operations at the front desk. Your professionalism and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  

• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  

• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
  

• Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
  

• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  

• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  

• Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
  

• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
  

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers and fax machines)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Customer service-oriented with a professional appearance and demeanor

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

• Basic mathematical skills for handling cash transactions

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Compensation details: 35-40 Hourly Wage
