Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time LTC Therapy: Taunton | Taunton, MA $45–$50/hour | Full-Time | Benefits LTC Therapy is looking for a motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Taunton rehabilitation program. You'll have the opportunity to develop individualized plans of care and help residents restore movement, improve physical function, and work toward greater independence. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and functional goals Provide skilled interventions focused on gait, balance, strength, mobility, transfers, and endurance Track resident outcomes and adjust treatment plans based on progress Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safe mobility strategies Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation Coordinate care with PTAs, OT, SLP, nursing, and the interdisciplinary team What We Offer $45–$50/hour Full-time opportunity Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and holiday pay Continuing education support Collaborative clinical team Short-term rehabilitation and long-term care experience Professional development and advancement opportunities Qualifications Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills Rehabilitation or skilled nursing experience is a plus, but not required New graduates are welcome to apply If you're a PT looking for a collaborative environment where you can make a direct impact on residents' mobility, recovery, and quality of life, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr LTC Therapy Services
