Impeccable is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Financial Analyst with 1–2 years of experience to underwrite commercial real estate development deals and loans. This role will evaluate NNN (triple-net lease) properties, analyze investment and lending risks, and prepare financial models and recommendations for senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Build & maintain Excel models for property cash flow, valuation, investment returns, & loan repayment.
Review NNN leases, rent increases, renewal options, tenant & guarantor credit, & landlord obligations.
Evaluate net operating income, cap rates, debt service coverage, loan-to-value, and debt yield; test downside scenarios.
Analyze borrower financial statements, loan terms, collateral, and repayment or refinancing risks.
Research market conditions, comparable sales and rents, and tenant performance to validate underwriting assumptions.
Prepare concise underwriting summaries and investment or loan recommendations for senior review.
Coordinate due diligence with internal teams, brokers, lenders, and counsel; maintain accurate models and deal files.
Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in commercial real estate underwriting, acquisitions, lending, or related financial analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, accounting, economics, or a related field.
Strong Excel & financial modeling skills, with an understanding of property valuation & credit analysis.
Knowledge of NNN leases and commercial real estate metrics; retail or restaurant property experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail, clear written communication; ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines.
