Business Development Representative

Lehi, UT (On-site) Edmo is a Series A+, fully sustainable AI SaaS company helping universities modernize admissions and enrollment. We work with large institutions across the U.S. and are growing our sales team in Salt Lake City. We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who wants to break into enterprise SaaS sales and learn how high-value deals are built. This is not boiler-room sales. This is strategic outreach in a fast-growing AI company. What You’ll Do Identify and research decision-makers at universities Conduct outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) Book qualified meetings for senior sales leaders Track and manage activity in Salesforce Learn enterprise SaaS sales from experienced leaders Help build pipeline that drives real revenue What We’re Looking For 0–2 years of experience (new grads welcome) Strong communicator (written + verbal) Competitive and goal-oriented Coachable and resilient Interested in SaaS, AI, or enterprise sales Based in the Salt Lake City Metro area Compensation $60,000 base salary Commission + performance incentives On-target earnings: ~$80,000+ Clear path to Account Executive Why Edmo Series A+, revenue-backed, stable 100+ global team members Real customers.
