Regional Sales Manager – Southwest
Location: Remote – Prefer candidates based in Texas
Territory: Texas, Oklahoma & Louisiana
Salary: $110,000–$125,000 Base + Uncapped Sales Incentive Plan

Kelly Services is recruiting for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to grow business throughout the Southwest. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with experience selling industrial adhesives or related products through OEM and distribution channels. What You'll Do

• Develop and grow sales throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new OEM and distribution customers while expanding existing accounts.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Conduct adhesive product trials and provide technical support in the field.
• Analyze competitor activity, market trends, and business opportunities.
• Manage independent sales representatives within the territory.
• Prepare sales forecasts, opportunity pipelines, and territory reports.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
• Travel throughout the territory by car and air (approximately 75% travel).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of professional B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling reactive, silicone, or water-based adhesives is highly preferred.
• Background selling through OEM and industrial distribution channels.
• Experience in one or more of the following markets is a plus:
  • Industrial Manufacturing
  • MRO
  • Transportation
  • Automotive
  • Telecommunications
  • Residential & Commercial Construction
• Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation & Benefits

• $110,000–$125,000 base salary
