Director of Clinical Operations

We are conducting a confidential search for a Director of Clinical Operations to provide clinical and operational leadership across a network of 3–4 facilities, including emergency care locations. This is a senior executive role for an experienced clinical leader who thrives in a multi-site environment and is passionate about elevating the standard of care at scale within a growing nonprofit organization. Key Responsibilities Establish and enforce clinical standards and quality assurance protocols across all facilities Provide medical direction, protocol oversight, and mentorship to clinical staff Oversee staffing, scheduling, and clinical workflow optimization Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain all necessary licensure Partner with operations leadership to drive efficiency and mission alignment Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance development of clinical staff Ideal Background Advanced clinical degree required; additional certification a strong plus Significant experience operating in a multi-site or high-volume clinical setting Demonstrated leadership of clinical teams and operational systems Current knowledge of relevant laws, technologies, and industry trends Experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven environment preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Peregrine Team
