Clients choose Entrata to manage their community utility bills and generate individual resident invoices in a timely and accurate manner. A successful Invoice Acquisition Specialist will maintain our high standards for accuracy while ensuring the timely receipt of all of our client's invoices.This is a hybrid position in Lehi, UT.Responsibilities will include:Overseeing a portfolio of clients by tracking their monthly invoices and ensuring timely receipt of those invoicesOptimizing invoice receipt method to ensure the fastest receipt possibleCoordinating with utility providers to resolve discrepancies and invoice-related issuesScanning physical invoices received through the mail dailyEnsuring compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and company policiesAssisting team members, as needed, to fulfill their job dutiesPartnering with other departments when taking on new properties to ensure a smooth transitionCollaborating with Utility Service Manager and other internal teams to ensure client needs are metMeeting department metrics and KPI'sParticipating in the development and implementation of best practices for invoice managementMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentProficiency in Google Office SuiteStrong attention to detail and data accuracyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to deliver quality results with strict deadlinesExcellent problem solving skills and attention to detailSelf-motivated with or without supervision; a healthy desire to constantly succeedAbility to work well with others in a team settingPreferred Qualifications:Utility experienceAccounting experience, specifically accounts payableAssociate's or bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.Experience with invoice processing software or accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).Knowledge of tax regulations and accounting principles.Prior experience in a property management or real estate industry.Ability to handle a high volume of invoices and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.$15.05 - $23.65 an hour. This band covers the full salary range for the role. Your offer within this range will depend on factors like experience, skills, and internal equity.
