This full-time day shift RN position offers the chance to be part of a tight-knit team that delivers more than 1,200 babies each year. If you're looking for a role where your work truly matters and your care leaves a lasting impression, we'd love to have you on board.

What We're Looking For:

ASN required; BSN preferred
Active RN license in Indiana or Multi-State (NLC)
BLS certification (or willing to obtain within 30 days)
2+ years of experience in a birthing center or labor & delivery preferred
Ability to lift/move 50+ lbs and be on your feet during long shifts
Someone who brings positivity, patience, and empathy to every shift

What You'll Do:

Care for mothers and babies during labor, delivery, and postpartum
Monitor patients, administer medications, and respond quickly to changes
Support doctors during deliveries and emergencies
Educate families on postpartum care, breastfeeding, and newborn wellness
Keep thorough, timely patient records
Work 312-hour day shifts (7:00 a.m. 7:30 p.m.), including occasional weekends and holidays
