Responsibilities Ensure overall financial success of the restaurant, forecast and budget. Maintain compliance with company standards, policies, and laws. Hire, terminate, and train management-level crew members; create schedules. Manage cash handling, open/close operations, and act as manager on duty. Monitor profit and loss statements, develop and execute strategies to improve financial and operational performance. Enforce policies, use tools and logs for shift execution, and provide exemplary customer service. Utilize reward and recognition programs, maintain cleanliness, and ensure facility operating order. Maintain restaurant status and metrics; complete other duties as assigned. Qualifications Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. Self-driven, flexible, energetic with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems. Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends; travel as needed. Professional demeanor, aligns with Raising Cane’s brand; able to serve as brand ambassador. 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience. Preferred: new restaurant opening and local marketing experience. Minimum 18 years of age; high school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. Valid driver’s license.
