Job Requirements 10+ years’ experience delivering large-scale infrastructure or mission-critical projects Proven track record leading complex construction projects (data centers, energy, or similar) Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, contracts, and risk management Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders across engineering, construction, and operations Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Preferred: Background in engineering or project management Experience with high-voltage infrastructure or data center builds PMP or equivalent certification Job Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of multi-million/billion-dollar projects from pre-construction through handover Define and execute project strategy, including delivery model, contracting approach, and risk framework Lead front-end engineering, constructability alignment, and scope optimization Drive contractor and partner performance across EPC, subcontractors, and suppliers Establish and enforce best-in-class project controls, reporting, and governance Maintain full accountability for schedule, cost, risk, and quality outcomes Lead capital planning, forecasting, and disciplined cost management Identify and execute opportunities to accelerate delivery and enhance project returns Build, lead, and scale high-performing project teams aligned to growth pipeline Serve as the senior point of contact for key stakeholders including utilities, authorities, and executive leadership Job Benefits At IREN, we offer a highly competitive compensation package that includes base salary, annual performance incentives, and opportunities to build long-term wealth through equity programs.
