Yard Laborer

Skilled Laborer/ Yard TechPay rate: $18-$19/HR, PAID WEEKLY Shift: 1st Monday - Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm Location: Dacula, GA Seeking Skilled Laborer/ Yard Techs with any of the following skills: handyman, basic electrical, basic plumbing, basic framing, or carpentry skills to join a team with one of the world's largest modular building companies with over 250 locations.Responsibilities:Perform refurbishment from top to bottom, including floors, wall framing, window cleaning.Remodeling modular buildingsStage units to our VAPS warehousePerform yard organization.Assist with yard projectsInspect/replace frameworkTile prep and installationCleaning and upkeep of modular buildingsInstall structures and fixtures, such as windows.Maintain proper inventory levels of all equipment/tools/parts needed for service tasks.Maintain a safe work environment and practice safe work habits per company policies.Wear and use of personal protective equipmentRequirements:High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment is a must.Some knowledge of computers is necessary.Ability to lift 50lbs.Ability to work in NON-temp controlled environmentMust be trainable, as cross-training in different aspects of role.Remodeling experienceBackground and drug testingReliable and flexible to work overtime as needed**Veterans are encouraged to apply***Career Opportunity* Bear Staffing is a Drug Free Workplace.
