Sloan Express Customer Service Sales Representative
Help keep customers moving with the parts they need.
As a Sloan Express Customer Service Sales Representative, you'll work directly with customers by phone and in person to help them find and order aftermarket parts from the Sloan Express website/catalog. You'll provide knowledgeable service, accurate information, and a great customer experience from order to delivery.
What You'll Do:
- Assist customers with aftermarket parts orders by phone and in person.
- Provide accurate pricing, availability and delivery information.
- Process and manage website orders.
- Support Sloan Express farm shows and Sloan Implement events as needed.
- Assist with warehouse operations when needed.
- Work as part of a team to provide exceptional customer service.
- Perform other duties as needed.
What You'll Bring:
- Agricultural equipment knowledge is preferred, particularly experience with tractors, combines, planters and tillage equipmentbut not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Valid driver's license with good driving record.
- Must maintain a good driving record in compliance with company Motor Vehicle Records criteria throughout employment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay Information:
The salary pay range for this position is $50,000 to $75,000. This reflects a reasonable estimate of the targeted base salary for this role. Based on factors such as geographic location and candidate qualifications, actual base pay is determined when an employment offer is made.
In Season Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-5pm, Saturday 7am-12pm OR 7am-3pm (rotation determined by manager) Off Season/Winter Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-5pm *In Season Hours may be extended during peak seasons (planting, harvest, or any other peak selling season) to meet the needs of the business. Extended Hours are determined by the needs of the business and subject to change. * *Off Season Hours are from November-March. Start and end date to winter hours is dependent on year and subject to change. *
