Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Outreach: Actively identify candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, and passive candidate engagement.
• Screening & Vetting: Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, clinical competency, and cultural fit.
• Compliance & Credentialing: Verify medical licenses, degrees, certifications, and past references to meet strict industry standards.
• Placement & Onboarding: Coordinate interviews, negotiate salaries or contracts, and guide candidates through the onboarding process.
• Relationship Management: Build long-term talent pipelines and maintain ongoing communication with both hiring managers and placed professionals

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.

The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $48.00/hr.
