Responsibilities Assist in coordinating daily operational objectives, timelines, and goals. Assist with the on‑site safety program to maintain a safe jobsite per OSHA and the Builtech Safety Plan requirements. Develop and manage project schedules using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project. Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and ensure overall contractual performance. Assist the project team in developing and implementing project procedures, management tools, standards, and related activities. Interface with owners, subcontractors, and architects. Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or a construction‑related college degree (preferred). Limited travel may be required. Knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (including Excel and Project) and preferably Procore. Leadership skills including self‑awareness, positivity, assertiveness, delegation, negotiation, and organization. Must be able to lift/move materials up to 40 lbs. Valid driver’s license.
