Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10-14 years of Program Management experience within large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong experience delivering programs involving PeopleSoft Financials and Procurement solutions.
- Hands-on knowledge of:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Billing
- Purchasing
- Project Costing
- Customer Contracts
- eProcurement
- Expertise with PeopleTools, PeopleSoft Security, SQL, and database concepts.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and procurement business processes.
- Experience creating executive dashboards, status reports, project plans, and governance frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in global, matrixed, and hybrid work environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
