Payroll Specialist

Sanford Rose-JFSPartners is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support payroll processing and day-to-day HR operations for a client of ours who is a well-established hospitality organization. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate payroll, maintaining employee records, administering benefits, and supporting HR compliance. Job Type: Direct Hire. Location: Orlando, FL 32819. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 100% in office. Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm. Compensation: $23/hr - $24/hr. Responsibilities: Process weekly payroll and maintain payroll records. Update employee information, including tax forms, direct deposits, and employment changes. Assist with benefits administration, enrollments, and open enrollment. Maintain employee files and HR documentation. Monitor timekeeping, leave tracking, and payroll compliance. Prepare payroll and HR reports as needed. Respond to employee payroll and benefits inquiries. Support additional HR and payroll functions as assigned. Qualifications: 2+ years of payroll and/or HR experience. Experience with payroll or HRIS systems (ADP preferred). Working knowledge of payroll regulations and HR processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
