NOW Hiring - Patient Care Coordinator - Front Desk Doctors of Physical Therapy is seeking a part time Patient Care Coordinator for our Watertown clinic. Ideal candidate will be seeking longevity with a growing company, be a self-starter, and possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. These are essential to build relationships with patients and the community, creating a welcoming environment. Responsibilities Effectively communicate with patients, families, team members, clinicians, and all departments. Provides detailed instructions to patients for their visits. Reviews and evaluates patient charts for data entry accuracy. Work as a team to ensure an efficient working environment and timely calls to patients and referral sources. Familiarity with outpatient rehabilitation/medical services and medical terminology. Scanning/faxing/other clerical duties. Collecting copays and patient balances. Patient care assistance as needed. Strong organizational skills. Knowledge of insurance benefits. Schedule Mostly afternoons. Availability until 7pm. #J-18808-Ljbffr
