Vocational, technical training, or certification in plastics manufacturing is preferred. Knowledge of extrusion processes, tooling, resins, temperature controls, and downstream equipment. Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining extrusion equipment. Monitor production, maintain quality standards, and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed. Perform equipment maintenance, mix raw materials, and support engineering with process improvements. Execute equipment qualifications and document results to ensure compliance with production standards.
