Pediatrics Physician

Role: Pediatrician at a well-established federally qualified health center in Miami, FL. Responsibilities: Provide patient care, participate in shared rounds, and manage approximately 22 patients daily. Support staff includes scribes, MAs, and other medical personnel. Handle on-call duties on a rotating basis, primarily for newborn rounds and phone consultations. No hospital admissions, weekends, or night shifts required. Qualifications & Skills: Medical degree with pediatric specialization. Ability to work efficiently in a busy, team-oriented environment with excellent communication skills. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary with potential earnings over $200K with productivity.
