Responsibilities

- Execute both repetitive and non-repetitive production assembly tasks on electronic and mechanical assemblies, including modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables
- Interpret and follow diagrams, drawings, and work instructions to ensure precise assembly
- Utilize hand and power tools, jigs, and saws to perform assembly and modification tasks
- Conduct toolbox audits at the start and end of each shift to maintain a safe work environment
- Complete daily 5S Task Sweep to ensure workspace organization and efficiency
- Perform continuity checks and basic quality inspections on work in process and finished products
- Collaborate closely with a team of 4-6 assemblers for optimal workflow and knowledge sharing
- Support disassembly, modification, rework, and reassembly of experimental and prototype assemblies as directed

Required Skills and Experience

- Must be able to read and interpret work instructions
- Proficient with basic power hand tools
- 1-2 years of relevant experience

Preferred Skills

- Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and technical drawings
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
