Location/Schedule: Manhattan, NY (Hybrid)
Base Salary: Up to $185k (plus performance incentives)
Practice: Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights – Real estate-related bankruptcies, Chapter 11 reorganizations, creditor representations, and complex insolvency matters in the New York market.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Represent debtors, creditors, and other parties in bankruptcy proceedings, with a focus on real estate matters.
- Handle Chapter 11 reorganizations, adversary proceedings, and creditor rights issues.
- Draft pleadings, plans, and motions in complex insolvency cases.
- Advise clients on bankruptcy strategy, workouts, and related real estate transactions.
Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):
- JD and active NY bar.
- 3–7+ years of bankruptcy or complex commercial litigation experience.
