We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Dermott City Nursing Home in Dermott, AR. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in a supportive and respectful environment. Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patients' health conditions and administer treatments or medications as prescribed.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient information and care provided.
- Educate residents and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate intervention.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arkansas.
- Proven experience in nursing, preferably within a long-term care or nursing home setting.
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform patient assessments and interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize patient care effectively.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to nursing.
