Information Technology Manager

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

Service Desk Management Provides support through astute troubleshooting methodology. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across various platforms. Address a full range of customer needs, including troubleshooting, technical assistance, system usage support, password resets, and/or any other related system questions. Document each customer interaction in a clear, concise, and understandable format. Research and resolve customer calls that require follow-up. Monitor assigned incidents to ensure adequate and timely resolution in accordance with service levels Provide insight and recommendations to improve system efficiency and workflows. Security Management Manage server security protocols and access permissions. Monitor and maintain security protocols for all company devices and systems. Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans. Manage user access rights and permissions. Respond to security incidents and implement corrective measures. Device Management Configure and deploy devices for new employees, including computers, mobile devices, and tablets. Install, configure, and maintain software applications across all company devices. Manage device inventory and asset tracking and coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and warranties. Perform regular system backups, updates, and maintenance procedures. Licensing Management Track and maintain software subscription and licensing records to ensure compliance and accurate inventory management. Review existing licensing agreements and support contract administration activities. Collaborate with purchasing teams to facilitate software acquisitions and renewals. Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand software requirements and recommend appropriate licensing solutions. Monitor software usage and entitlement data to help optimize licensing investments. Maintain organized documentation related to software assets, contracts, and vendor communications. Special Projects This position may be tasked with supporting the Salesforce Architect and/or Developer in new system integrations, migrations and/or upgrades as needed. Any other IT related special projects as needed. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT support or system administration requires. Experience in supporting Salesforce and Microsoft products required. NetSuite and Salesforce experience a plus. Experience with some or all: MySQL - MSSQL - API and TSQL Data Warehousing, Developing Stored Procedures, Triggers, Complex Queries

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and work on a computer. May require lifting and moving computer equipment (up to 50 lbs.). Must be able to access and navigate the facility.
